I create large scale murals for venues just like this project at Timezone Joondalup. Once we finalise the design and dimensions, I pack everything securely and ship or hand carry it as needed, coordinating my fly-in fly-out travel from Melbourne (fully insured, with costs transparently itemised in your proposal). On arrival, I handle the full installation, including any hardware or lighting setup required to bring the space to life.
Project Snapshot:
A UV-reactive, graffiti inspired laser tag environment: bold geometric sci-fi motifs, neon highlights and dynamic perspective create an action packed arena feel. Designed to pop under blacklight and immerse players in a futuristic game world, it turns blank walls into a high energy gaming playground.
We organise the theme, colours and scale to suit Timezone Joondalup’s arena layout and lighting conditions.
All special paint coatings and gear are pre packed or shipped ahead, and my FIFO travel from Melbourne is fully coordinated.
I’ll arrive on site to oversee every step of the mural artwork, lighting integration and finishing touches.

Logistics
I offer fly-in fly-out (FIFO) mural installations across Australia and select international locations. Here’s how we handle travel, accommodation, materials, scheduling, and coordination to ensure a seamless project anywhere.
- For projects in regional WA. Mandurah, Rockingham or Bunbur. I can drive directly from Perth, offering flexible scheduling and cost savings.
- For all Perth and interstate work, I book flights from Melbourne well in advancem, factoring in buffer days for site surveys and prep. To secure the best fares and ensure seamless project delivery.
- For more distant locations (e.g. Kalgoorlie or the South West), I plan multi-day road trips with overnight stops as needed.
- Accommodation is arranged close to site, serviced apartments or vetted local lodgings depending on project length.
- I select reputable options for comfort and reliability to ensure the project can be implemented with a quality finish.
- In rare cases I’ll pre-ship specialist paints and equipment to a Perth address so everything’s ready on day one.
- Where possible I source standard consumables from local WA suppliers, bringing only unique or branded materials with me.
- Any tools and scaffolding rental are sourced in Perth or nearby which are clearly itemised in your proposal.
- A clear timeline is set before booking travel (prep, painting days, clear coat, buffer for weather).
- Daily milestones and updates keep everyone aligned.
- Client availability (site access windows) is coordinated early to avoid any last minute changes.
- We review site photos/videos or do a virtual walkthrough before travel.
- During installation, I can share progress photos (daily) if required.
- After completion, I send hi res images, maintenance advice, and remain available for follow-up.
- Quotes break out travel (direct FIFO flights from Melbourne + accommodation), materials (shipping vs. local sourcing), installation days, and any additional fees.

- A small scheduling contingency is built in but minimised through precise planning.
- I carry insurance covering travel and on site work; for interstate/international jobs all insurances are covered.
