Roller Door – Rainforest Photorealism Graffiti

Located in a hidden alleyway in Melbourne, this rainforest photorealism graffiti mural. Painted by Dubiz. Solely for the purpose of changing the urban landscape and deterring tags.  Was implemented to deter vandalism on the client’s rear roller door. Exterior decoration on a roller door, applied directly to surface with preparation techniques in order for the paint to adhere for a longer period of time. The photo selected by the client gives a rainforest photorealistic approach to deterring vandalism. With the lushes green and flow of water, it gives the alley a calm environment yet urban feel. As it is wrapped around the roller door structure. Because graffiti art is durable in outdoor weather this roller door will be able to maintain its colour for a minimum of 5 years.
